Itama 45S - The Essence of Freedom
Sporty soul, essential lines and nautical style: Itama 45 S symbolizes a true, unique icon of style, faithful in its values and look to the brand’s DNA. A perfect synthesis of power and elegance, this open model, which has always had a special place in shipowners’ hearts all over the world, is the evolution of one of the shipyard’s most successful models with a Mediterranean soul.
This boat, with its length of over 13 meters, was designed in collaboration with the Ferretti Group’s Strategic Product Committee, led by Piero Ferrari, and the Group’s Engineering Department. It has the same aesthetics and structural features that made its forerunner, the Itama 45, famous and at the same time it offers a high-performing engine.
There are many aesthetic elements in common with its predecessor: the retractable gangway with extension, integrated into the hull and the swimming platform that can go down into the water to launch and haul the tender. The stern is featured by an inclined mirror that creates a perfect dynamism of the external lines. In this space, there is also a practical locker to use for the water toys and the hand shower.
The interiors have a clear predominance of white – white lacquered wood, Venetian blinds and teak floors – in contrast to the blue of the dashboard, which, in combination with the large windows, provide great brightness to the environment.
This model is characterized by an excellent usability of the spaces and unparalleled habitability, designed to best meet the needs of the individual owner. The vessel can be featured by one or two guest cabins on request, while the owner’s cabin, equipped with a central double bed, is located in the forward area. The two-cabin version is featured on the left by the dinette that can be converted into two comfortable beds, on the right by the galley, while in the aft area there is the second cabin.
Itama 45 S is featured by a pair of Cummins 550 mhp engines, which guarantee a top speed of 33 knots. 140 extra horsepower compared to the previous version, in compactly shaped engines that provide considerable technical space on board. The separator filters, installed in the air intakes, guarantee maximum engine protection on both Itama 62 and Itama 45 S models.
