Pendry Hotels, a luxury hospitality brand by Montage International, in partnership with Columbus Pacific will be bringing Pendry Park City and Pendry Residences Park City to the heart of Canyons Village at the base of Park City Mountain. Situated at the entrance to Park City, the ski-in, lift-out resort and residences opening winter 2021 will feature 150 guestrooms, suites and residences ranging in size from 446 square feet studios to 2,600 square feet four-bedroom penthouses with sweeping views of Canyons Village and Park City Mountain. Presenting a contemporary design with a palette of warm woods, stone and metals, Pendry Residences Park City will bring artistic influence, innovative cuisine, intimate gathering places and the ultimate in relaxation and unparalleled experiences to Canyons Village. The resort and residential project will provide guests and residences with access to four unique lounge, restaurant and bar experiences perfectly suited for every après-skier or snowboarder’s preference; the only rooftop pool and bar in the Park City area upon opening; an inspired Japanese-American restaurant that will offer mountain fare, steaks and chops, along with Japanese standards of sushi and ramen; rec room with relaxed American cuisine and arcade games; Spa Pendry with eight treatment rooms; a fitness center; and Pinwheel Kids Club and more than 7,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, including a 4,000-square-foot ballroom.

The Pendry development will usher in a new era of hospitality in Park City—the future heart of Canyons Village, pulsing with programming and experiences that will surprise and delight. With new culinary experiences, retail and exciting gathering places for après meticulously created by Pendry, Canyons is becoming an energetic and active village base and the front door to Park City Mountain. With more than 7,000 acres of skiable terrain, 17 slopes and 14 bowls, 300 trails and 22 miles of lifts, it offers a collection of experiences for everyone. On the heels of the most recent announcement of Pendry West Hollywood coming to LA in 2020, Pendry, a new luxury hospitality brand by Montage International, is growing exponentially. Over the next few years, Pendry Hotels & Residences will have a total of seven confirmed projects and more to be announced later this year. One of the brands most unique projects to-date is Pendry Residences Natirar in Somerset County, NJ (less than an hour from Manhattan). Natirar, a grand, Tudor-style, 33,000-square-foot mansion formerly owned by the late King of Morocco, has joined forces with Pendry to restore and renovate the existing mansion to feature an adjoining hotel with 66 guest rooms and suites, as well as stand- alone farm and estate villa residences, re-emerging as Pendry Natirar and Pendry Residences Natirar in spring 2020. The project will bring a bespoke collection of private, whole-ownership Estate and Farm Villa Residences created for luxury, country-style living to the pastoral grounds, with the ability to immerse themselves in a community focused on sustainable living, wellness and connection to nature.
