Not at the moment but wellness features are still hot.


What is the next hot neighborhood?

Bay Harbor Islands. The central location and walkability is unmatched. Value-wise it’s the best bang for your buck when looking at luxury properties in Miami.

 

How important is access to private clubs for your luxury clientele?

As long as private clubs and social clubs continue to unlock valuable networking opportunities, very important!


If you had to bring an outsider to one under-the-radar spot in Miami, where would you take them?

For a nice little cruise. It’s the best way to showcase the lifestyle of the city. No cars needed, that's the beauty of Miami. You can literally live on the water and just boat around everywhere.

 

Do you think South Florida’s real estate market will slow down any time soon?

Not a chance. The quality of life here is second to none. It blows any other city in the U.S., maybe even the world, out of the water. 

 

What is your current obsession? 

Taylor Swift, everything linen, CocoWalk in Coconut Grove.


Favorite fitness class?

Pilates.


Most under the radar spot in Miami?

Ocean Grill at The Setai, Miami Beach.


Most overrated? 

Most places on Ocean Drive.


Your morning routine?

An early walk on Miami Beach’s oceanfront boardwalk while making work calls.
