Since 1998, Big Water Grille has balanced being a special event destination with being a favorite dining spot of locals and tourists alike. Owner John Cheney and General Manager Jack Chinn have curated an exceptional dining experience, from the clean, modern décor to the exceptional table side service. Perched on a slope above the shoreline, it’s hard to argue with the high ceilings and towering windows that showcase irresistible views of the lake that makes a picture perfect backdrop to dine along in any season. All three levels take full advantage of that ever-present view, but that view always faces some strong competition from the highly acclaimed, mouth-watering presentations from Chef Manny Baez and his culinary staff.
